cooking week #3 sandwiches

Hey, everyone!
As for the seccond day of my cooking week, I wanted to try out a recepie, that was originally meant to be a tutorial for burgers, but as we had no burger- bread like substance, I tranformed the recepie into one for very huge sandwiches. They are something between a real lunch and a snack and they are delicious and healthy.

Preparation time: 20 minutes (4 sandwiches)

Ingredients: tomatos
                    a cucumber
                    an onion
                    bread or toast
                    vegan meatballs

Required devices: knife
                              a spatula

How to do:

Start by toasting 8 slices of bread while frying 4 vegan meatballs with a half carefully cutted onion in 2 tablespoons of oil in the pan. While the meatballs are still frying, lay out the slices of toasted bread and cut 2 tomatos  and half a cucumber in medium slices. When the meatballs are done, put them on the lower bread slice and add slices of tomato, cucumer and a few lettuce leafes. Then, fill the holes with some corn, add ketchup and spices to your preferred condiment. Close the sanwich by putting the seccond slice of bread on top of everything, squeeze it a little and then prick a toothpick through everything. Enjoy your meal!
